We are the first French boutique pâtisserie in Tehran, with 10 years of experience and we believe we are at the beginning of our journey. We believe we changed the taste of Iranian market and pave the way for our other colleagues to make French pastries and satisfy Iranian’s craves for French pastry.
Éclair is the French pastry boutique in Tehran which starts working since 1389 with products like macaron, éclair, saint honore and the others traditional French pastry from sasan rahnama’s home garage. Éclair team tried to educate and grow French pastry culture and selling pastry in piece(one by one).
We Tried to use the best ingredients like calebut and lint chocolate ,Madagascar vanilla bean was the most important of them. Our goal is keeping this quality in all of ours working years.
In éclair we tried to serve the best quality of pastry with a cup of super fine coffee in different and quit places for dissolve pressure of your day .

Our first boutique opened in 1389 in Fereshteh Street. Today we have two branches in Niavaran and Fereshteh.
We supported many artistic and cultural events like (TEDex of Tehran) from day one of our works and will be continued in future too.
Many of coffee shops and event planers who tend to quality is important for them are our loyal customers and we wants too keep them with improve our quality and our products variety.
